Frequently asked questions
Do you carry out works on a call-out basis?
We can do either. depending on the urgency.
Emergency call outs are based on an initial cost for the first hour. No works will be undertaken before the client is aware and agreeable to the known costs.
Routine maintenance will be treated as quoted work depending on available knowledge associated with the works. If information is unknown at the time of the call, an assessment will be made and then communicated to gain approval.
Do I need to supply my own materials?
No. AJD will advise on the required materials within our quote, based on our technical knowledge and experience.
